We had no issues using this shuttle service. This is my third or fourth time booking with this company and will be booking again for my next trip in October 2024. The price is fair and the driver is always courteous and drives carefully to get us to our hotel safely and in a timely manner.

Fast pick up, friendly service, good driving, good price. I used this service for round trip transportation from Cancun airport to a resort in Akumal. Private van for my family. I booked online a few days before my trip. I confirmed the day before both arrival and return via WhatsApp text message. When I landed, I texted the company and kept them informed of my ETA to get to the curb. A staff member greeted me with a sign with my name on it. We waited about 5 minutes for our van. The pickup to leave the complex was seamless.

First time using Caribe and we will definitely be using them again. After flight delays and miss connections to Cancun, the staff went beyond our expectations and made sure we were taken care of. Exceptional service! We were a little worried after reading some reviews, but Tequila Shuttle offered the best and most reasonable prices and made booking really easy via WhatsApp and paying on their website. For our first trip from Riviera Maya to Cancun, our driver Carlos arrived on time and was a wonderful person. For our second shorter trip within Cancun, we requested Carlos again and were so glad he was available. Definitely contact through his WhatsApp for quick responses.

We were a family of 5 and booked our trips the day before. The center operates through WhatsApp and responds quickly. They took us from the Cancun hotel zone to Playa del Carmen, from the ADO stop in Cancun to a hotel downtown and from that hotel to the airport. The cabs were always on time, the drivers very friendly and helpful. We paid online without any problem. Moving a large group could be problematic, we first thought about renting a car, but we opted for a comfortable and not much more expensive option. We were very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them!

We booked a ride from our hotel in the Hotel Zone using the website and saved $25 compared to what the hotel wanted! The website automatically selects a time to be picked up based on your departure. Our airline notified us that our flight would be delayed by 2 hours; I notified Tequila Taxi Shuttle via WhatsApp and they responded immediately and adjusted the travel time accordingly, which was fantastic. When the car arrived to pick us up, we were pleasantly surprised that it was a brand new SUV! Not only did we get a super new and clean car, but our driver, Ivan, was fantastic. However, the trip was smooth at all times and he knew exactly how to get to our terminal at the airport. Thank you Ivan, we will use Caribe Shuttle on our future trips to Cancun.

I highly recommend the Caribe Shuttle service. My family and I decided to take a last minute vacation to the Riviera Maya, I booked the shuttle service online after 9:00 p.m. to pick us up at the airport at 8:30 a.m. and received confirmation immediately from their WhatsApp account. They were already waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Our driver Miguel was excellent, to the point that we asked him to pick us up at the hotel for the return trip, which he arrived on time to take us back to the airport. I loved his service and will recommend him to anyone who wants good service at a lower price.

Un servicio fiable, que es lo más importante. Reservamos un traslado privado de ida y vuelta desde el aeropuerto de Cancún a un complejo turístico. El servicio funcionó muy bien en ambos sentidos. Los conductores eran seguros y amables. La comunicación tanto por correo electrónico como por WhatsApp fue super rápida. Muy buen precio también. Definitivamente lo recomiendo... ¡Volveré a utilizarlo!
