DO NOT BOOK w/ them!! Terrible DO NOT USE them !!!! I’ve used them a couple times before and they were ALWAYS late (if your expecting them to be standing with a sign with your name when you exit the terminal.. don’t expect it) when I used them upon arrival they picked us up hours later!!! For the departure going to the airport which was very important for a timely manner to make sure we are on time for our flight… they didn’t show up we waited and waited until we had to scurry and find a taxi !!! So stressful. I keep messaging them about a refund and they just give a run around!!! DO NOT use this company .. they may look good for the price but you’ll just be paying more because they down show up or is HOURS late. Spend a few more dollars for a reliable company … this is a joke!!! I should have read the other negative reviews and trusted them … hopefully you will read all the negatives and not use them !!

No show and no refund. Used this company several times in the past, only experiencing minor problems like being late. This time they did not show up at the appointed time, we waited as long as we could then had to grab a cab to the airport. Very stressful...they do not return calls and they did not refund our pre-paid fee. They ghosted us...so now we ghost them. Do not use this company as they do not respond to problems and do not give refunds.

No show We booked Caribe Shuttle for round trip airport transfers for our April 2024 trip. We were picked up at the airport and taken to our hotel in Playa Del Carmen, everything was great. For our return trip the gentleman called to say he was going to be late, no problem, they usually give lots of extra time anyway. Then, he sent a text message saying he would not make it and that I should contact the office. The office would only respond by text but they confirmed that we would not have a ride to the airport. We had to take a last minute taxi. We made our flight and everything worked out in the end. I am still trying to get a refund since it was prepaid in February when I originally booked it. From now on we will just take a taxi, the price difference was minimal and we can come and go on our own schedule.

Missing response The service is good, the drivers are very friendly, however they take a long time to respond, we had to write many times to receive responses, being in Playa del Carmen we wanted to hire the services and we never received any response. I thought they had good customer service when we booked from Costa Rica, however they don't hire quickly (I mean if you don't insist they won't answer you)

Fraudulent company - stay away DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They will accept your booking, take your payment online and then will not show up. They left my wife and I stranded in Tulum in the middle of the night without a ride to the Cancun airport. They were supposed to pick us up at our hotel at 2:30am for our early morning flight but did not show up. I called and messaged them numerous times without any answer. Their website claims 24/7 service but this is obviously not the case. It’s not a good feeling to be standing outside your hotel in total darkness not knowing how you are going to make your flight. Luckily we were able to flag down a cab who agreed to take us but at a hugely exorbitant cost. Caribe Shuttle is a fraudulent company, don’t get scammed like we did.

Prompt, easy, affordable Prompt pickup, friendly service, good driving, good price. I used this service for round-trip transport from Cancun Airport to a resort in Akumal. Private van for my family. I booked online a few days before my trip. I confirmed the day before both arrival and return via WhatsApp text message. When I landed, I messaged the company and kept them informed on my ETA to get to the curb. A staff member greeted me with a sign with my name on it. We waited about 5 minutes for our van. Pickup to depart from the resort was seamless.

Could we wait any longer…. Making the reservation was a piece of cake. 50.00 private ride from Hilton Playa del Carmen to Cancun airport a day prior. Now for a 2:05pm flight they said pick up would be at 10:30am. No problem that would be enough time. Well 10:30 no one 11:00am no one 11:15am and then had the hotel talk to the lady at Caribe Shuttle who said there was traffic. Which was a complete lie. At 11:30am I hired a taxi and at the same time the shuttle came. We took the shuttle. At no time did they text, email or call to say we’re running late or even get a sorry for being late. Will never use them again.

Scam company that leaves you stranded at Cancun airport This company is a complete scam. They will take your money, respond to your questions, but as soon as you arrive at the airport they will ghost you. No driver will ever show up leaving you completely stranded at an airport that requires pre booked transfers. They pretend to be responsive after booking, answering questions about arrival and confirming your bookings but it is all for show. They make their true scammer intentions clear when you are ignored as soon as you arrive into Cancun. While I successfully used this company three years ago and had no issues, it’s clear that they are fraudulent these days. They won’t refund your money, you will need to dispute with your bank.
